Most immigrants are Venezuelans, Americans and Spaniards. Recently there's been an influx of European and American expats, too.

There are a lot of Levantines in Colombia. They came in large numbers in the past and settled mainly in the Caribbean region and big cities, they have assimilated now. They were overwhelmingly Christian. It's estimated up to 1.2-3.2m Colombians can claim some degree of Levantine ancestry.

Here in my city people with Levantine names/surnames is commonplace.
