Manizales doesn't receive as much immigration as Medellín so population has remained pretty much the same throughout the years. They lean towards the Caucasian side of the spectrum. Medellín, too, but given as it is a big city, you could find more ethnically diverse people here and there. Manizales is more seclusive, traditionalistic and conservative, more so than other Paisa cities like Pereira or Medellín itself. Eje Cafetero region was settled by people from Antioquia.
Bogotanos are around 62-71% white, not too different from Paisas and Santandereanos. Overall, the Santanderes, Antioquia and Eje Cafetero regions are amongst the whitest regions in Colombia. Bogotá is not far behind.
The Atlantic Coast is very heterogenous and varies from city to city but SSA input is more noticeable than in other regions, although not as much as in the Pacific Coast where Afro-Colombians are the predominant population. Cartagena is more SSA admixed than Barranquilla and Santa Marta, you can find more mestizos and Caucasoid-mestizos in Santa Marta and Barranquilla as a general rule.
