To be honest and frank with you, Spain is in a lot more worsen situation than your country in Croatia or Hungary even. You could say that western Europe is indeed in a very deep decline.

Here lot of young and working age people emigrate to western Europe for better quality of life, and they take their children with them. But I hope the trend will reverse someday.

Yeah. If the economies of central and eastern European had greatly improved then it could encourage these youngsters to come back to their homelands and build their countries and so on. Brain drain is a very bad thing for a nation to have.
