In this photo, I think the girl on right looks worse. She has an oval elongated face shape. She has higher orbits, higher upper eyelid exposure (aka pretarsal show), and more prominent lines of the lower eyelids. Her nose is longer and more downturned, and the root and bridge of her nose is narrower. She has a shorter subnasal segment and longer chin. Her lips are thinner. The soft tissue of her cheeks looks less firm and less evenly distributed, so her nasolabial folds look less like sharp lines.
