Man, Czechia joined NATO in 1999. We aren't and ever weren't some low hanging fruit for the taking, mind you. They went for the questionable, obvious stuff nobody really cares for and even that didn't work. Imagine the equivalent case with Czechia. Regardless of NATO membership, their annexation of our country would be a huge issue in front of the international court and I don't think they'd be so naive to think they'd make their case. It's Russia indeed, but even those guys have to care about that, if they don't want to be cut off from the rest of the world.
