I think a Solar Flare takes out most electrical infrastructure and the resulting instability from that leads to epidemics.
At least that's what I daydream about most days.

1, 4, or 8.
It would have to be human caused, and someone would have to WANT it to happen for some reason or other. Humans are pretty good at surviving events that aren't intentional malicious acts of other large groups of humans. Nukes are obvious, and still the most likely IMO. Global warming is there just because if they ARE right, it's not going to be good, and it does seem to be somewhat right. Ironically, the best course of action is the opposite of what the left desires because resource scarcity requires many people to die for some to survive, and if your group is decently powerful and stands a chance of surviving on its own, the LAST THING YOU WANT is to start giving what you have in terms of land and rights to undeveloped countries that are doomed either way. Best course of action would be for Americans to terminate without question anyone attempting to become a "climate refugee" within our borders.
Number 8 is the most horrifying thing on the list to me, and also pretty likely in my opinion. People just don't seem to give a shit about what technology is doing to our bodies, minds, and society. The smartphone and the internet might be the doom of mankind.

Number 6 & 8
“For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” Eph. 6:12
Definition of untrustworthy and loose character are those that don't believe in God.

Only 3,5 and 6 can end humanity permanently
3 Should frill our grids, the whole word is in the dark for years, or quickly sideswipe our atmosphere with a serious solar flare event, which would turn water into oxygen reacting with earth's carbon, to give us only carbon dioxide to breath. Every living thing dies. Maybe a few can survive underground like rats or in radiation shielded shelers, if we had the time to build them.
5 Beyond the anthropological shock (nobody is ready for it), any civilization possessing the technology to travel from stars to stars or even galaxies, can wipe us out like we would kill a nest of hornets wiht fire and go on with the rest of our day.
6 Even if we think we introduced morals into AI, it can turns its back on us, eventually coming to the logical conclusion, the only way to end all suffering for humans, is to end humanity. Also possible to just consider it a natural evolution of the human species as in “man became the sex organs of the machine world” (Mc Luhan)
The rest are just setbacks, possibly sending us back to prehistory in the worst scenarios but humanity will adapt and survive.

“The most merciful thing in the world, I think, is the inability of the human mind to correlate all its contents. We live on a placid island of ignorance in the midst of black seas of infinity, and it was not meant that we should voyage far. The sciences, each straining in its own direction, have hitherto harmed us little; but some day the piecing together of dissociated knowledge will open up such terrifying vistas of reality, and of our frightful position therein, that we shall either go mad from the revelation or flee from the light into the peace and safety of a new dark age.”
- H.P. Lovecraft
