Morocco is more caucasoid than southern Mexico, but Central, Western and Northern Mexico are half European or more.

Regarding the question, is debatable if southern Mexicans or Moroccans are darker. But Moroccans are definitively darker than Central, Western and Northern Mexicans.

PS: also, you could find good numbers of balanced mestizos and even castizos in some parts of southern Mexico, for what I have heard. My mom and sisters visited Cozumel, and they told me that they saw good numbers of balanced mestizos and even some castizos in there.

Then... I think Mexico, they have more Euro looking types, even if NA also has fully caucasoid looking types that aren't stereotypical MENA looking, but these are still darker than white Mexicans.

The North-South different is overrated. Northern Mexicans differ not just by Euro admixture, but having non-Mesoamerican Native ancestry, who have some links with SW USA puebla (anaztazi) natives and Plain Indians such as the Comanches. North Native Americans differ significantly in pheno when compared to Mesoamericans. Notably, being much taller.
