In southern Brazil these Italian immigrants are farmers, they would have similarities with other immigrants like the Germans for example. The most different immigrants here are Ukrainians.

I’m under the impression that Bolivia, Paraguay and Uruguay would assimilate easier then the Guianas since they’re of Iberian stock aswell. Bolivia might end up being more of a Ecuador demographically similar later but instead it would be with Portuguese/Brazilian culture being common in comparison to Colombian in Ecuador
