Many Bosnians are muslims from all over Balkans, not necessarily native to Bosnia (most are though)
Roman impact in Bosnia must have been very, very small.

Before than anything we should decide if more Neolithic admixture(like Albanians) equal to more Thracian/Illyrian admixture or not. What if they are predominantly Steppe and couldn't have great importance to the gene pool of the region but only political control? Isn't BGR_IA at the same parallel with this theory?

There are two definitions of Thracians and only one(Med-Neolithic) remains today, the other(can be identified as Celtic look) highly replaced with Slavic. Have you ever thought why Neolithic components remained but we can't distinguish the exact influence of the communities which gave Thracian - Illyrian name to the farmers?
