Bosnia was populated by Serbs since early middle age.

Most of present day Bosniaks are not in Bosnia since middle age, but they are descendants of settlers from other regions in Ottoman time predominantly from Herzegovina.
Both Bosniak users Bosniensis and Vlatko Vukovic have further origin from Old Herzegovina (present day western Montenegro).

Most of the Bosnian Serbs, Bosniaks and Bosnian Croatians are descendants of Herzegovinians who moved in Bosnia in period 16th-19th century.
Herzegovina and Herzegovinians were always superior towards the Bosnia and Bosnians.

Herodotus, Xenophon and Strabo all assert that the Bithyni and Thyni settled together in what would be known as Bithynia and Thynia. According to Herodotus, the Bithynian Thracians originally lived along the Strymon river (Between N.Macedonia and Bulgaria) and were known as Strymonians.

It happened Way before Strabo maybe 1500 B.C., they founded (One of Troy's) there were few of them, and mixed with Syrian people (who shared with them early gods etc..)
where is Apuseni mentioned? and where is it mentioned that they founded Troy? Thynia and Bythinia were northeast of Troy, and separated from it by Mysia. when did they mix with Syrians? maybe you mean Assyrians.

Which ancient sample can represent that IE admixture?

Syrians and Assyrians are the same. Hittites are Neo-Syrians (Assyrians)

They moved to Bythinia and Mysia, Mysians are Moesian and lower Moesian (modern Bulgaria) Thracians.

Apuseni Dacians are proven by archaeological escavations, cause material used for building Troy is brought from Apuseni Mountains which is another proof that Bythinains, Mysians and Troyans are Thracians.

Most of this is noted in Dacian reserach video:
