Even the Pomaks in Greece and Bulgaria have been turkified... There is no realistic way that land is taken by Greece or Bulgaria or Russia. They wouldn't be able to control the not so small population of Turks there. Bulgaria, Greece, Serbia, Macedonia are all declining in population. Even if the Turks are taken out of Trace, who would repopulate those lands?
Russia would take it over, Bulgaria isn't going to challenge Russia and Greece and Macedonia would likely go after Albania for a quick land grab if they entered the fray, they would probably strike a deal with Russia and create a black sea trade block.

Also, people would run away from the fighting or stand and die like they did in Syria and Iraq. It's not hard to depopulate a populace in the modern era.

Exactly and the Albanians know everyone would want a piece of their land, they would become a true proxy of Turkey.

I understand real Turks who want to create Turanic state in Anatolia, but I wonder what happened to those Non-Turks who are hiding behind Turanic identity? Are they afraid that someone might ask them for their dues to Balkans?

It's really convenient you know. Ottomans called themselves Rumis, when they lost all wars they started calling themselves Turks so basically they haven't lost any territory and do not have any relation to balkans anymore cause they are now "TURKS" "Turks have never lived on Balkans so they haven't lost anything" Really convenient.

340.000 Ottoman Rumis who died 1913 as Bori said.. "Some Balkan fools" They are not TURKS so they aren't even part of modern Turkish history. They are unknown people.

Rum in Ottoman Empire meant Hellenic speaker, that is still how Greek minority in Turkey and Greek Cypriots are referred as.

Turks lived in Balkans and after the Balkan wars, they lost their homelands (sadly) but it was a long time ago. The wounds of Balkan Wars are still there, it was a tragedy.

Those are remnants, Greek language has fallen like Latin, Turkish is now popular, I see many Hellenic descendants in Turkey speaking Turkish only, but at least they survived prosecution, it's nice that Turkey accepted them in 1920's considering
that Turanic nationalists were in charge.
