I think if Serbia tried to take back Kosovo and Montenegro the Bosnians might jump in and Turkey might support them with arms etc, I think if the tensions with Russia and Syria ramp up though they wont be able to spare the actual manpower and might use the Bosnians and Albanians to try and hurt Russian interests and influence, but I don't think without Nato either could take on the Serbs especially because with how war is fought today there would be tons of Russian mercenaries and mercenaries from all over the world really looking for money, glory or to fulfill their ideology.

You might face a NATO led blockade and CIA and Gulf states using slush funds to support Balkan Islamist groups filled to the brim with foreign fighters. I remember see a horrific picture of Arab holding severed heads of orthodox priests in the 90s, help by the 'West' of course.

Even if NATO does not exist, western powers do not want a more powerful serbia in the region and will try to disstablize it by supporting jihadist fractions. A stronger Serbia is a stronger russian presence in the balkans. NW Europeans and their settler colonies always supported Othodox christian oppression by the ottomans and opposed full serb reunification since the 19th century. By france and the british empire and habsburgs/AH, long before NATO. Serbs always recieved russian sympathy, the enemy of the British empire after napoleonic wars and the US in the second half of the 20th century. What you think they, the west, will continuing to stop following such policies?
