Default 1500-Year-Old Bible: Turkish officials Should Reveal the Mystery

THE GOSPEL OF BARNABAS: The Turkish government should publish this archaic bible piece and make it accessible to independent historical research!

1500-Year-Old Bible Discovered In Turkey Indicates Jesus Christ Was Not Crucified

A 1500-year-old bible has been discovered in Turkey. Discovered in 2000, the book that contains purportedly the Gospel of Barnabas has been transferred by the Turkish government to the Ethnography Museum of Ankara with a police escort. Barnabas was a disciple of Christ, and in the work, claims that Jesus was not crucified, instead it says he ascended to heaven alive and Judas Iscariot was crucified in his place. Furthermore, the 1500-year-old bible states that Jesus Christ was not the son of God, but simply a prophet who passed on the word of God.
    [...]
This work opposes the ideas proposed in the widely spread New Testament, and instead has noticeable similarities to the Muslim interpretation of Jesus. The Gospel of Barnabas even contains a story in which Jesus predicts the coming of Prophet Muhammad. Due to this fact, many followers of Islam believe the original gospel work was repressed by the Vatican Library.

Sarcasm Aside, they found a lots of the Anachronism in the original Gospel of Barnabas. The dating are wrong. For example, in the Jewish and early Christian tradition of Jubilee, one is held in every 50 years. In the gospel of Barnabas, one is held every 100, which is novel invention under the pope Pope Boniface VIII. The Gospel of Barnabas in its original form, uses word of Latin Vulgate, not Classical Latin, let alone the more accurate Koine Greek or Aramaic/Hewbrew words. Latin Vulgate was only first used for theological works after the late 300s, when St. Jerome used it for Old testement translation which was the connonical Latin script of the Middle ages onwards, so centeries after the supposed events of Barnabas. Chapter 91 records three contending Jewish armies 200,000 strong at Mizpeh, totalling 600,000 men, at a time when the Roman army across the entire Empire had a total strength estimated as 300,000. How did the Iron age Israelite lose to the professional legions of Vespasian with such insane manpower? lets not even discuss the logistical difficulty and the effects on the Arid environment of the Levant!

Looking a small cues, you can tell that the gospel was not written by an levantine saint living in the time of Christ. The Gospel talks of wine being stored in wooden casks (chapter 152). Wodden casks were not used to store wine in the Roman empire or the Levant until after 300 CE; whereas wine in 1st century Palestine was always stored in amphorae. The Pedunculate (English Oak) does not grow in Palestine; and the wood of other species is not sufficiently airtight to be used in wine casks so its impossible for Jesus in this forged Gospel to be accurate. Everything about this gospel is fishy.

Let's just say that we human beings didn't came from mud or clay but rather we, along with other mammals, evolved from creatures that were neither reptilian or mammalian called the Synapsids which took over 300 million years to complete which makes us Synapsids.

That was the biggest red flag for me when it come to accepting the 'truth' of scripture. From a young age, I watch a lot of Prehistory documentary, most of my freinds were playing football but I along some Hong king chinese freind use to collect rocks and watch ants. So even at a young age, I knew the abrahamic creation story was not accurate.
