What is the point in the countries and numbers listed under source? And how do I use those?

Because I’m not sure if I did it right, but I copy and pasted a few of them into target and on the distance tab one of them showed 0.00000 distance.

Yes, you can use them but on another thread I already ran the most popular calcs for you, you didn't seem to pay attention somehow.
