It is a stereotype that russian women prefer foreign men especially western men and that they are common as mail order brides is that true and what do average Russian males say about that?

Think logical, if they did in general, there would have been no Russian nation today, because women would have married foreign men. This false stereotype is true for all of Eastern Europe, because western men are viewed as rich who would satisfy every desire of the pretty golddigger eastern girl.
As for mail order brides, from what I know, most are Southeast Asian, though Russian and Ukrainian exist as well.
Is Yakutia in Russia then? if 80% is stereotypical Slavic?

This was true in the 90s for obvious reasons. Now this does not always make sense, since the masses are getting poorer everywhere, and the layer of wealthy people in any country is approximately the same in percentage terms.
