Yes, public nudity and sex acts, shitting in public, graffiti, halal/kosher slaughter, hardcore pornography etc shouldn't be tolerated. There should always be a basic code of decency.

In terms of speech alone, speech that is obscene for the sake of being obscene should be discouraged and deplatformed. Debasement/bastardisation of the English language (eg Ebonics) should be deplatformed too.
