I'm a lazy ass when it comes to travelling (not the same with sports though), so probably many.

Easy!
1. Belgium and the Netherlands.
I'm an Epirote, so the concept of living on a flat land is incompatible with my genetic imprinting throughout the last 3,000 years.
2. Finland
Even though a beautiful country, its people are like zombies to me.
I've only been to the Netherlands, amongst these three.
And that's because I am huuuge fan of van Gogh.
Well, his masterpieces were painted in the South of France, but that's another story (as to why Northerners are bad at the arts).

I would visit any European country but if I was limited to choices then ofc there is many I would skip in favour of the ones I would prefer.
Countries I would never visit are not in Europe but certain places in Middle East and Africa.

If not, ask Centurion.

Moldovia because there's nothing to see, and Serbia because of the insecurity.

Anywhere in Europe where the Third World dominates the autochtonous populations - that would be too depressing.
