Experimenting with vahaduo I consistently get some MENA populations that were never largely IE speaking having 10-12% Steppe ancestry but even those with such high ancestry do not have enough ENF ancestry to make it seem like a later European genetic input, so where does this ancestry come from and when did it appear? Is it even correct?

It's not vague at all, basically in trying to model Berber, Arab and other Semitic populations with Vahaduo I consistently get 5-10% IE Steppe ancestry in populations such as Algerians, Moroccans, Tunisians, Lebanese, Assyrians and Palestinians. The question is where does it come from and why is there little ENF, especially in the Maghreb where IE would have to had traversed so much of Europe:

63 percent actually. It’s average result for half Moroccan 1/2 Romanian 1/2 Ukrainian Man.
