I am from the most southern tip of Epirus, near Louros river , and Louros town , my village, but one of my grandmothers was, was from Krania in Preveza, which is in the Heart of Souli-villages, and see didnt know one word of albanian. No, i would prefer to not give my DNA to American companies, since i know my ethnic origins and place of origin. I had both light and dark(withing the Greek spectrum) ancestors.

Phenotypes have nothing to do with genetics.Take a cheap dna test for a starting and you will learn much more from what you think and believe.Modern Epirotes have the same genetics with albanians like the majority of mainland Greeks.Counting on phenotypes means zero,besides that most people from Epirus are Dinarids and Alpinids..

I have been in Epirus many times,the old folks are textbook dinarids with very albanian faces.The younger generations are indeed more medish.Alpine is also very frequent!!!

Many south Epirotes,look like people from Northern Epirus and some even with some albanians, and also the rest of Greeks.
The albanians are the closest to the Greeks in terms of phenotypes, but non-Greeks at the same time.

Being Dinarid donsnt necessary means that you are Albanian,this phenotype exist pretty much in the whole Europe.But some Dinarid Epirotes look very albanian like Tsitsipas father for example...

I had somewhere read that his father is from Karditsa. He looks albanian thats true. He is dianrid-dinaromed.
But this Thread is about Macedonia, Macedonia was lost to the slavs, its a lost case.

Tsitsipas father is textbook Dinarid(there is nothing med in him) unlike his son witch is very Medish and he can pass easy as Italian,Spanish or even French.
