House prices are rising in almost every country. While the general trend in the rest of the industries is to lower the prices for the goods (food, clothing or technology is becoming cheaper and cheaper every year), the housing market is becoming expensive everywhere. In some countries or cities, owning a house is a whole struggle for anyone making a middle income. Spain is one of the most painful examples. Despite having a much lower income than the Americans, Spaniards must pay way higher prices for their houses. Cities like Barcelona are more expensive than Miami, in Florida, even though the Spanish salaries are half as much as the American ones. Is there any reason why houses are so expensive? Is there any way we can solve this problem? The answer for both questions is yes. In this video, we will tell you more.
