We're in agreement. By Judaism, I meant Old Testament Judaism, which i contend is, from a Christian perspective, best called simply Christianity. The differentiation between the Testaments, as though the New rejects the Old, is tantamount to an admission that Christianity is a man-made religion. So Toppo's insinuation that Christianity absorbed European influences and is therefore fundamentally different from Old Testament Judaism strikes me as a claim only a non-believer could make.
