I had something similar a few weeks back, coughing, headache, body ache and pains, flu like symptoms, it's strange cos it went after a week but then came back again which is how a carrier has described the symptoms. Probably just a flu but it was really strange never experienced something like that and took me ages to recover.

I'm pretty sure I know what this is, I had it once..

I suspect you consumed a Slurpee or similar frozen drink, and shortly thereafter were exposed, unbeknownst to you, to some black pepper flakes.

You are suffering from a case of, 'Brain Freeze'. You should recover within several minutes.
