Im not sure about culture, but by looks and genetics balkan turks should def be closer to polish than to west asians

Anatolian turks arent that different from other west asians(apart form oghuz admix) and 100% closer to west asians in genetics and should also be closer in looks as well than to poles

You may be right but keep in mind that many people have both ancestries as we dont have any division between two.
