Who is European to you?

Lets say a person is fully European with 2 parents from the same country, but the person live outside of europe.

What are the requirements for you to see this person as a European or equally German as you are (replace german with your country)

Born in the European country?
know the language? how good?
still have the culture and traditions from Europe?

Maybe you need to ask this question with the folks from Stormfront. Basically, anyone who isn't at least 90% European genetically isn't White. I mean, if western Jewish peoples aren't Whites then neither Sicilians and Aegean Greeks are Whites since they cluster the closest to western Jewish peoples than to other Europeans. The same goes with the ancient Minoans as well - a non-Indo-European people of modern day Crete that had created Europe's earliest civilization. There has to be some consistency on who is White and who isn't.

If your roots are from Europe you are European. If you speak only Chinese and you live in China, I would still see you as European.
