I still maintain the capacities of my hunter gatherer and neolithic farmer ancestor to obtain food, although I have not weapons to avoid others stealing what I produce.

Anyway I could insult and shake my fist with threatening air form afar to intimidate them.

Here people are buying sunflower oil besides flour and sugar. Idk what is the recipe but getting curious.

I bought more than a year's supply of food, so I also bought about 15 liters of rapeseed oil and sunflower oil. I thought I'd just drink it straight outta the bottle, but I haven't tried it yet. I tried mixing rapeseed oil with oatmeal, but it almost made me puke.

A few years ago when I tried to start a ketogenic diet, I tried eating a bunch of coconut butter, but it was pretty hard to get down even if I mixed it with hot cocoa. It actually made me puke a couple of times.

I found the best place for a prepper.

In an isolated place, the Eastern coast of Cabo de Gata, in a desertic zone, (desierto de Almería), sweet water suply through an "aljibe" which collects rain water (250/300 mm per year and m2), more than 3000 hours of sunlight to installe solar pannel to produce electricity, beautiful little beaches, fishing...

Castillo de San Felipe, Los Escullos, Almería, Andalucía, Spain. It was for sale, I don´t know if it was already sold.

I sowed onions, garlic and other things 3 weeks ago but I cannot go to see if they have already srpung because my vegetable garden is out of village.
