Good that something more than just roads are going to be modernized(there are plans to electrify rail to Parczew for example), in case of Międzyrzec there was no need cause here European route E30 crosses with Białystok - Lublin road so here already is enough infrastructure for such small city

Poland is stable economically just because it is close to Germany, is dog of USA and takes the most money from EU. Oh and we steal everyone's cars. I can say sorry for being born as Polish and not Dutch which are superhumans

Well, Poland is getting less free. Last time there was established new law that open criticising of president may end spending few years in jail. Overall we are still free, anyway I got a bit off topic
