First of all, Sumerians did not invent mathematics because you can’t ‘invent’ it. They made a number system, which is was also ‘invented’ by many groups globally. Secondly, they don’t speak a Semitic language but that does not make them not very closely related to other Semitic Mesopotamian people. And they can’t be Iranic because indo Europeans didn’t even live in Iran before 1500 BCE so I don’t know what your getting at
