Of course they do. Epirus was largely Albanian speaking before the Balkan Wars wasn't it? There were also some Vlachs there too. I think all Northern Greeks have Albanian, Slavic and Vlachic ancestry. Not just in the North in fact as Arvanites lived even around Athens and in much of Central Greece. Look at map below from American historical atlas from 1911.
Well map above doesn't show Epirus predominantly Albanian, but it does show an Albanian presence there. I did read this book about the Ottoman Balkans at the beginning of the previous century and it did say Epirus was mostly Albanian, even in the South. It was by a British author, this man: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/H._N._Brailsford.
Regardless of all that, I still think Greeks are great and Albanians not so much... It's the culture, not the genes.

All of Balkans?
I can name several nations with whome we have great relationships: Romania, North Macedonia, Greece, recently with Hungary we are very good.
With Bulgaria neutral.
Unlike you, who have issues with all your neighbours - Serbs, Greeks, North Macedonians. Noone likes you.
