No, I understand what you want to say in the first part, but no in the second one. In the second part I understand you say that Netherlands is not a Western European country.
I think in Spanish, and maybe we use different terms, and maybe I lost nuances during my translation to English.
I was thinking in the Europe of the Iron courtain and the division between Western and Eastern, so Netherlands=Western country and Serbia= Eastern country.
I am not thinking in Greece, that is eastern gographically but at least in Spain was considered part of Western Europe politically at that time.
I hope you understand me.

Race and phenotype
In Namibia
Khoid
Description:
Khoisanid type, similar to Sanid, but with a slightly different morphology. Was more common in farmers and less common in hunter-gatherers compared to Sanids. Native to Namibia and South Africa, especially in Khoikhoi (Hottentots). Most groups like Cape Khoe and Korana became extinct due to Bantu and European colonisation, but the Nama are still numerous.
Physical Traits:
Yellowish, light brown skin, wrinkled in old age, peppercorn hair. Rather short, but taller than Sanid, meso- brachyskelic, ectomorph, but not infantile, women often show extreme steatopygia. Dolichocephalic, chamae- orthocranic with (hyper-)platyrrhine, depressed noses. Face rhomboid and long, chin pointed, eyes pseudo-Mongoloid, often with the Hottentot fold, prognathy only mild.

In Ethiopia
Central Ethiopid
Description:
Ethiopid subtype of the central Ethiopian highlands and their surroundings. Found in its purest form among Oromos. Also in other Cushitic speakers like Somalis, Borana, Konso, and Sidama, here often more mixed. Some individuals of Shinasha or Borana tribes may show an extraordinarily fair skin tone, while the more western tribes are darker, usually due to Nilotid admixture. Traces reach to South Kenya (e.g. Kikuyu, Kamba).
Physical Traits:
Medium to dark reddish-brown skin, often tight-curly hair. (Rather) tall, brachyskelic, ectomorph to mesomorph. Mesocephalic, rarely brachycephalic, orthocranic. Smaller-headed than North Ethiopid. The straight or convex nose is lepto- mesorrhine and relatively high. Lips are full, the chin strong, ears are small, prognathism usually absent.

Physical Traits:
Pale to fair skin. Straight to curly, blonde, sometimes red or brown hair. Grey-blue or mixed eyes. Tall, mesoskelic, mesomorph with robust bones, in old age sometimes endomorph. Mesocephalic, chamae- orthocranic with a curved occiput, very large-headed. Leptorrhine, straight or mildly convex nose. Wide face, broad angular jaw and zygomatic arches. Brow ridges strong, deep-set, small eyes. Forehead broad, mildly sloping. Broad mouth with thin lips.
