    Answer.

Kurdish rugs are somehow differently woven.

    Motifs
There are also big differences between Kurdish motifs and Persian motifs used in the rugs.

    Colors
Red and blue colours are Iranic colors, but Kurds use much more the orange colour in their rugs.

    Persian Bokhara rug

    Kurdish rug (more orange)

Also, there is no such thing as 'Indo-Iranian culture'. Indo-Aryan/Vedic/Asian Indian is very different from the Iranian culture. Iranians and Indo-Aryans are two different people with different historical background and different culture.

Indo-Aryan/Vedic culture is linked to IVC, but also AASI people

Iranian culture is linked to northwest Asia, Caucasus and Iran

Actually they split off from a common ancestor.

This thread is not about origin of Iranic culture. Please don't derail.

But you are wrong from the very beginning. There is no such thing as 'Indo-Iranian' culture. 'Indo-Iranians' don't exist. There are simply Indo-Aryans in India and Iranians in Iran.

You can't put 2 different separate groups together. This is wrong.

Indo-Iranian? What is 'Indo-Iranian' at the first place? It is just a 'hypothetical' group. In reality 'Indo-Iranians' don't exist.

Pashtuns and Balochis are somewhere between East Iranians and Indo-Aryans. Although the distance between Balochis to Persians is closer than the distance between Pashtuns to Persians. Genetically they don't cluster with the West Iranian people. Iranians are to much more shifted toward the ancient Kura-Araxes (Maykop?) area.
