Alright. Firstly we have to know that in both of these strains, there is a Mediterranid and a Nordid components and sometimes additional Northern European components (e.g. Cromagnids).

The Atlantid is derived from specifically from the Atlanto - Mediterranid strain blended with the Nordid, at one point was confined to the Atlantic coast. This type is taller than the already tall Atlanto - Mediterranid and more robust. The skin is usually intermediate between the Nordid and Mediterranid ones, the eyes dark to light, usually mixed. The hair is dark. Due to the robusticity and great stature, it may received at one point, some Paleo-Atlantid influence. It's a dolicephalic, with a straight forehead, a straight nose and a well-marked chin.
The Atlantid greatest concentration is along the European Atlantic coast, mainly in France, but can be found throughout Western Europe.

The Nordo - Mediterranid is a very variable phenotype, and can be of any Mediterranid strain mixed with Nordid. It surely doesn't have clearly-marked features as the Atlantid, features vary from average or below average height people with a Mediterranean skin (typically Southern European - looking) and light traits, but others here can be similar to the Atlantids. The hair is usually brown or light brown, eye color can vary from light blue to brown, skin is also fair sometimes. Nordomeds are widespread in Southern and Central Europe. This type hails in regions where the Atlantid is usually not present.
