Bullshit ! Herman Goerring started targeting civilian targets first with his Luftwaffe raids on Britain. This continued and was enhanced by targeting of British civilians with Von Braun's V2 rocket rockets. If the Nazis never targetted civilian targets and were more professional then Dresden probably would not have happened.
