I highly doubt (she is in some good hotel, no chance there is no enough heating),I believe she meant outside (in one video she talk about snow). Anyway, I've watched decent number of videos where Finns or Russians walking outside in undershirts at -20C, that's why I am bit surprised.

Nah .... she (Finn) probably faces worse? Being locked in hers small room in Peru ... already several days ... as suspect of corona. One person has had corona in that same hostel. She does not know when she might get out.
