To be honest the sewer system of the UK is ancient, you can fit anything in there. Hundreds of years of canals and tunnels. USA prob has more recent sewage system

Yes they can, they have to. They are designed that way since the 90s.

We installed a butt washing machine.

Ordered it from home depot and got in the next day for $70.. Was easy to install and you know...i wish i had done it sooner

Once this all blows over and the prices come down i will put them in all the bathrooms and get a really fancy one for the master bath.

Yea ours are kind of weird depending on where you live a lot of places only sell low flow toilets nowdays, old toilets were intense

. Most businesses have industrial toilets so they never clog though.

I never saw a bidet in a public bathroom in my life, we have them in our private homes. And there is no law regarding bidets I believe

I would imagine the situation is different in Rural America compared to the UK. Because here in the UK, all the sewage is connected, even in a hick farm in the scottish highlands.
