I'm not really materialistic so I would choose the first option, also because I love too much European cultures and civilizations, I wouldn't be able to appreciate/be "connected" in the same way if I was from a different "stock". In that case I would be more an observer than truly being part of it.

Colored and rich. Don't know about the US, but meritocracy is almost nonexistent in Brazil, most rich Brazilians already come from rich families, with lot's of contacts, when the guy/girl finishes high school, dad already has a good job avalaible to him/her.
There are many working class whites here and most of them will die the same way as they were born: in the working class.
