Wallachia and Moldavia were always vassals who paid tribute to enjoy independence. Ottomans didn't settle here, as opposed to Bulgaria, Serbia, etc. . Our historic Turkic communities were Cumans/Pechenges and Tatars, who came from the Northeastern steppe. Gagauz people migrated from Northeastern Bulgaria to Moldova in the 19th century.
We share however cuisine with Turkey (sarmas, stuffed bell peppers, etc.). I'm not sure if that's due to Ottoman influence here or Balkan influence there.

"Otomans" neither settled in Serbia and probably not Bulgaria too. It was local people who migrated because Ottoman terror.

Except for Dobruja, which was under direct Ottoman administration, had sizeable Turkish population.

Besides, it doesn't matter if Turks settled in Balkans or not, since Balkaners don't have any Turkish ancestry.
