Yes but I believe the majority of Kurds don't live in their actual homeland. The Kurdish homeland is in Iran and Eastern Northern Iraq. I think the Armenians should get a good chunk of their lank back as well as Assyrians and other Semitic people who inhabited modern Kurdistan.

However, independent Kurdistan will not end well for anyone (Kurdistan areas are historically Assyrian, they literally killed most of the Assyrian Christians), especially Kurds themselves since infighting between their own factions seems to be a common theme.
