I'd guess it's a case of you having more direct Germanic influence, derived from Battle-Axe/Nordic Bronze Age, that had more Baltic-like/HG influence than the early Bell Beakers in the Netherlands and Britain.

You see that in someone like Finn Mom the HG amount is higher than in the Anglo-Saxons and alls the Scandics.

Specific for the North Dutch (not general Dutch) these are the important migration streams:
3400 BC influx of the Funnelbeaker from the North German Plain (50% HF/50% EEF, compared to TRB Sweden and Poland it has a very high HG)
2800 BC influx of the Single Grave Pastoralist (they transformed into BB). The SGC/BB heirs fused with the TRB heirs.
450 AD influx of the Anglo-Saxon stream.

My mother is deeply rooted in the absolute funnel beaker hotspot of the North Dutch (that specific region has nowadays of the 47 of the 53 megalithic tombs of the Netherlands).
My father is more connected to the coastal area's, more Anglo-Saxon influx? (has a Danish/ Anglo-Saxon kind of of figures).

You are looking too much into very few percents. In confidence intervals you, Creoda, your mom, Anglo-Saxons and at least half of Europe overlaps. Take G25 for what it is: a tool for statiscal inference, no more no less.
