On a more serious note, he was speaking in general. And that's fine in that context. When you ask average Chinese whether he likes Japanese, he won't answer in a manner of 'Hmm, I don't know the personality of every single one of them, so I can't answer'. He's just going to say no. Analogical thing right here.

In this region of the world people love to trashtalk and enter in pointless arguments, it's like a sport and a way of relieving stress. These people don't have any fight when meeting in real life, and treat each other with respect. Feiichy wouldn't approach any Serb with hostility in real life, or a Greek, or anyone else, but you would. You are taking things too seriously.
