    Default Will Catholic traditions die?

I dont think so. We dont eat meat in Holy Week. Incluiding my cousin who is evangelical. She was born Catholic like everyone in Brazil before 2000s. Seems like Ex Catholics still following the traditions lol

I would not be surprised if they some day die. Look at what is happening in Catholic Ireland regarding abortion legality.

The only person in my family that could be remotely Catholic is my grandmother. She still prays the rosary.

My mother and father were raised Catholic and now HATE religion. I myself am doing my own independent study of the bible and not currently affiliating. I have not yet achieved conviction.

I feel we lose Catholic/Christian/religious tradition as generations go on.

I am not sure about my grandmother, but my immediate family does not observe Holy Week. Would I observe it? Probably yes, although I've not yet achieved conviction.

Here in Brazil almost nobody eats meat during the holy week, even the evangelicals that I know like my cousin. Sales of fish increase and spread on various TV commercials. Yes, Brazil is a false secular country. Evangelicals are becoming majority in this country, tho
