Honestly I find many people with the same combo that I have (light eyes + dark brown) where I live, in Haute-Savoie. I'm not a phenotypical outlier neither a wog (in fact I've been classified as N.Atlantid) and yet I haven't light brown hair at all. I've seen many blondes in people from Haute-Savoie but there's a substantial part of the natives that are dark haired (35% I would say).

I say the same for France as a whole, dark hair isn't at all a rarity though frequency increases the more you go south.

By the way I think what makes you a "wog" is more the eye color than the hair color. I mean, very dark brown eyes with also a strange shape can make someone look off-euro or very southern looking, whereas dark brown hair with non "med" phenotype exist as well.

Something to take in account is also that the South has been heavily "replaced" by Southern Europeans, it's a fact, I'm partly Italian (so I'm not biased), in SE France many people have Italian surnames, something interesting that I've observed is that the inland is less "Med" than the coastal areas, I guess that they didn't received many "immigrants".

Reminder: the North Atlantid appearance includes dark hair + light eyes + pale skin + mesocephaly + tall stature. I am saying this, due to the fact that having light eyes and dark hair is not necessarily being NA, could be a dark - haired Subnordid, dark - haired Norid, dark - haired Borreby.

I know, yeah. And there is no agenda. We had French member from Lyon with Provencal and some Swiss-French ancestry and he was genetically west-central Euro.
But he would never describe himself or his region as central Europe.

As for someone who has many years of experience in Scandinavia, i know that the blonde stereotype for nordic countries is a bit twisted.

There is blonde people, but the stereotypical blonde color? only seen in young children, extremely rare in adults, bleaching and blonde dye is very common here in Sweden.
Whenever i posted someone from Sweden who isn't bleched blonde blue eyed, they are questioned as foreigners.
The blonde hair color that exist here is probably still majority of the hair colors here is quite dark (compared to the stereotype)

I have posted people i grew up with who is 100% Swedish on my chat server, they are questioned as mixed and ethnics because they aren't what the stereotype says.
