How nordic are hhe Polish?

It is super rare to find a Nordic looking Pole, most of Poles are mixes of Norid, Alpine, Baltid, Pontid phenotypes. In case of passing, Poles have characteristic look, even if they pass in different places, they give kind of "Polish vibe"

I would say Poland (Belarus as well) is weak in pure Nordic element compared to Germany, Baltic states or Russia.

Most Poles I've seen are a mix of Danubian, Baltid, Atlantid and Cromagnids. Some can look woggy nonetheless and pass as Balkanites.

I have always considered Poland Central European geographically and culturally.

Phenotypically you have Baltids, Alpines, Balto-CMs, Norids, Corded & Hallstatt Nordids, Dinarids, North Pontids, Gorids, Faelids, Borrebies, East Cromagnids and Tronders mostly.
