While the Greeks had lived in Egypt even before Alexander went into Egypt himself and so on, the Romans were mostly the elite of Egypt during the Roman period of said country. From a genetic standpoint, Europeans as a whole did not genetically contributed to the overall Egyptian genepool in contrast to Arabians where we see high J1 haplogroup that 95% of it belonging to Arabian clades according to Semitic Duwa(don't know how to spell his username in Anthrogenica but it's like Agaemon or something) in Anthrogenica.
