    Beef is king though for a fancy meal unless you eating some exotic stuff like game hen. In some parts of the South and Midwest it's far less popular just due to there not being grazing land.

    Carne Asada is one of my favorites, I like mine a little more burnt on the outside, the texture of burnt outside and soft inside is perfect.
