Yea I'm from the Georgia coast. Not a whole lot of livestock farming of any kind done here from what I've seen.

Romanians eat a whole lot of chicken, then pork. beef is really not part of Romanian cuisine.

back home in my region they eat beef since they are cattle owners (almost industrial, mainly for milk, at least 3 main milk companies collect milk from my small home region, best milk in the country, from the heart of the mountains).

I rarely eat beef. I'm a vegan most of the year (Eastern Orthodox fasting) so this limits the opportunity to eat it too. my mom never eats meat, but when she does, rarely, she eats beef (Tuscan bistecca).

I am a big fan of cow stomach soup, when I'm not vegan fasting.

ye fuck that, you can buy a fishing road and fish some lobsters yourself not buy them overpriced. i heard a place or region in the USA which actually has 3$ fresh lobsters. epic, although it's only on that region or seller. that's the only price they should have. it's not a noble food, it was fed once to criminals.

for shame but at least you can correct that. your country is actually a good breeding ground for large castle herds. only poor African countries with no such open field vegetation eat chicken and pork. probably just a bad move from Romanians.

My grandparents preferred pork to beef but they also had cows on their farm in Transylvania. Wouldn't it depend on the region though? Maramures is probably different than southern Romania.

I eat a lot of beef, like a lot, i don’t consume pork so beef and chicken are the options.
