I can only sleep on my back, with both arms parallel to the body witouth touching it, and with the head slightly tilted to the left, always with the mouth closed and breathing through the nose.

Once I fall sleep, I don´t change my position in all the night.

Cannot sleep with feet out of the sheets, and I need to have ears covered also by sheets (right one at least, which is more exposed due to the head inclination to the left)

It is tough to set yourself in a cosy pose for us dolichocephalics, and still possibly uncomfortable for mesocephalic
individuals. Tutankhamun surely was a side sleeper.

In ancient Egypt, heads were artificially elonged, same in some Amerindian cultures and others.

Use the pillow to fix your head. For example as I do not sleep with a pillow under my head, I have it free, and I use the pillow as a side support for my head to fix it, and also I use the pillow as a cooler turning it over with different surfaces to me when it's hot.

Did you ever experience sleep paralysis or mora? It's very common when you sleep on side or back

Only when on back. Once I woke up while my eyes were still moving.
