Default Towns with the highest proportion of the native ethnic group of the country its in

I imagine some of you have come across a couple of articles proclaiming the town of Ripley, in Derbyshire, to be the most English town in England, with around 89% of the population being of Ethnic English descent. That got me thinking, which town/village in your country would have the highest proportion of people having the ethnicity of the country said town/village is situated in?
That all probably sounded very convoluted to someone reading it so I'll give an example: The most German town in Germany, the most Spanish town in Spain etc.

Any ideas what they could be?

Yazd, in Iran has got to be at least 99% Ethnic Persian, not to mention the fact that Zoroastrians make up 5% of the 400,000 population (20,000)

Basically outside the metropolitan area of Lisbon and Porto every other town\village\city is in the range of 90% to 99% ethnic Portuguese.

Edit: Now that I think about it, even Porto metropolitan area is likely at least 90% ethnic Portuguese if not more. Only Lisbon is probably in the ~80% range.

There must be countless small towns and villages across England that are 97%+ ethnic English.

A better question would be what are the most native cities in each country.
