Default Is it easier to pass as White in Brasil than Hispanic America?

Is it easier to pass as White in Brasil compared to Hispanic countries since they only use black, brown (pardo) and white?

Most castizos (maybe harnizos) would be white in Brasil, no? The definition of white is broader?

I think you are right; almost everyone who has white skin and pred.euro feautures can pass as white there (Harnizos, castizos, octoroons, etc, etc)

For example in México you are not considerer white even if you has a mediterranean look (Gracile med, Atlanto med, alpine-med, etc) unless of course that you have fair skin, light eyes and brown/blonde/redish hair even if you have castizo traits for example; here the pigmentation cares more (but the traits have to be pred.euro, it doesn't care if you don't look 100% euro)

    Yeah:

Mestizos are indomestizos (just if the blood is border mestizo balanced) and mestizos-balanced

    Euro-mestizos are Harnizos and castizos

Whites are someone who is 85%+ euro and looks almost or completely white (For Example: If you are 85% euro and you look more mixed, you would not be considerer white)

These types of clasifications we are based (Unless the majory of latinamericans here)

Yes! It's crazy how that is here! I didn't realize how many white guys are in here because of hoe used we are here to the med pheno, I am way less white in comparison to many people here and they still call me "guero" which is pretty ironic

Castizos look whiter on average or like exotic whites. Something not so much like whites but in the caucasoid end. Thalía is an example and so is Fernando Colunga.
Harnizos are like lighter mestizos. Their native traits are more visible. Think of Chespirito.
    Both vary a lot.
