I did. In the past 4 years I gradually reduced from nearly 160kg to 122kg now. That is nearly 40kg. That is alot. But Im only 1.74m so I want to be a healthy 80kg and have lots of work to do still. But the good news is, in 2010 I also lost 20kg in 5 months but in 3 months gained 25kg back. Now 4 years passed and I gradually reduce and keep my weight so far. Didnt regained it back. I hope and think I got some controll over my weight now.Originally Posted by Celine
