Components scoring less of 1% are noises. For example, i know i must have smaller natufian ancestry and with x0.0 it doesn't recongnize, but when i put the penalty it gives me a realistic natufian, also realistic % of rest of components.

You might as well crank it up to 2x.

So you are the one who made this spreadsheet, or was it me? You can't compare a small penalty of x0.25 with a barbaric x2. The penalty option is there for a reason.

Trust me, I was making models for a long time and I know why the penalty was created in the first place. You are using it for the wrong purposes here and I've already explained why.

Seeing your father's results and that 0.4% pure african, is laughable that you tell me a slavic moldovan could score even 0.00001% of ssa, it's just impossible. That is a clear case of needing a small penalty.

With this model, even Irish megalithic samples are scoring ssa, which is impossible too.

That's just a small noise, but your attempt of reducing the said noise involves artificially pumping other components, and not by just 0.4%. The problem is that it affects everything.
